HIGHLIGHTED MATCH-UPS
-WASHINGTON STATE AT BAYLOR (Big Twelve-Pac Ten Challenge). Baylor has already made quite a bit of noise, but for whatever reason the nation hasnt been listening, or at least the voters havent. Theyre undefeated on the year, and that includes winning the Paradise Jam. Tonight is a huge challenge, but its also a great opportunity to face a top ten team at home. The Bears are undefeated and that theyre trying to make a name for themselves, which is the perfect recipe for what should be a very loud, packed and enthusiastic crowd. Im really looking forward to this one. Its Washington States toughest test of the season so far. They have a win against a fairly decent Air Force team, but right now Baylor is looking like they may be good enough to make the NCAAs. A win tonight for the Bears would be a huge step toward achieving that goal.
-WISCONSIN MILWAUKEE AT MARQUETTE. This game isnt nearly as interesting as it would have been a few seasons ago when Wisconsin Milwaukee was a regular in the NCAA Tournament, but I believe its still the first time the crosstown schools have met. Marquette is off to a great start, and looks to be getting better and better as the season goes on. I wouldnt be surprised if they ended up winning this game in a blowout.
BUY GAMES
-VERMONT AT FLORIDA. I thought Vermont would have a better year than what theyre having. I didnt think theyd be anywhere close to being as good as Florida, but I thought theyd be better than just 2-4. The Gators should win this one big.
-STETSON AT FLORIDA STATE. The Seminoles have now won three games in a row and appear to be playing well. They beat Minnesota in the Big Ten vs ACC Challenge, which was a much bigger challenge than what theyll probably get tonight from Stetson.
-LOUISIANA LAFAYETTE AT TENNESSEE. Tennessee has slaughtered their opponents in just about all of their buy games, and tonight shouldnt be any different.
-Busy day tomorrow. Ill have a rundown of all the games posted later on.
