Top-100 Prospects Ranking

How is the Top-100 prospects ranking different from the mock draft? The Top-100 answers the question "where should the prospects get drafted, ignoring team needs?" The mock draft answers "where will they likely get drafted based on the order of the draft and where teams are selecting?"

For example, last year DraftExpress had Andre Drummond rated as the second best prospect in the 2012 NBA Draft, while on draft night we had him slated to get drafted 9th by Detroit.
