A look back at the rosters of the 2007 game gives us a pretty good idea about the potential value of scouting an event like this. Nine players jumped to the NBA after one year in high school, and as many as 11 more could be in the draft already this year. While the 2007 class was about as special as you’ll find, history tells us that most of the players on this roster will find themselves in the NBA sooner or later as well. Unfortunately for NBA teams, they are only allowed to scout the actual game, and not the much more interesting practices and scrimmages, which means they’ll have to wait to find out just how good most of these kids actually are. DraftExpress readers won’t, though.

Stay turned over the next few days as we discuss the top performers in the practices and scrimmages, conduct interviews and cover all the ins and outs of the week.
