The NBA Combine participant list is interesting not just for seeing who was invited to Chicago, but also for seeing who wasn't. Because the NBA strives to invite the 60 best prospects they can to Chicago, the list gives us a pretty decent idea of which players are considered “likely to be drafted” by NBA teams.

The only constraint here is the fact that international prospects have a difficult time accepting their invites. That's likely the reason you won't find prospects like Furkan Aldemir, Kostas Papanikolaou, Evan Fournier (injured), Nihad Djedovic, Leon Radosevic and Tornike Shengelia on the list.

All are likely to be selected, but they are unable to attend, which freed up a half a dozen or so spots in Chicago for players who still might not get picked in June.
